About Me

The Highly Calibrated Blog
I was born in Chicago, which is where I gained my appreciation for hard work and commitment to process. From a young age I was very competitive with everyone in my neighborhood and even within my own family which always pushed me to be the best version of myself and not settle for a second class effort from myself. My fitness career started in 2013 when I worked for several big box gyms which showed me the ropes of the industry as well as got my feet in the door training a large number of clients with a wide range of goals and needs. In 2018 my fiance and I moved out to the Bay Area in California to be at the center of the fitness culture in the country. My passion everyday comes from wanting to help people find the right mix between exercise, nutrition, stress, and social involvement that will make them the happiest and most efficient version of themselves possible. I have decided to take my fitness business online to help as many people as I can. Whether you are to check out an article or get started on your fitness journey I would love to hear from you.
